Debut album by this trip hop group. There's a lot of funky stuff going on, a lot of influences can be spotted. I really like the layers, it mixes well. There isn't any over crowded noise with the synth/guitar mix. I love the guitar line on Let Me Go, it's great.
I kind of accidently stumbled on this album. It's a little difficult to judge. Half of the tracks are really good, and the other half fall short. Check out As Far As I Can See, Mouthful of Diamonds, and Let Me Go. A great album for those who really enjoy acts who are experimenting with the converging of genres.
