Dragons of Zynth are an interesting band. This is their first album, and it's from 2007. A follow up has yet to be announced.
DOZ create a heavy fuzzed out "black rock" sound similar to that of TV on the radio. They feature complex time signatures, sonic explosions of noise and experimental song structure. There's a lot of fat bass lines, indulgent guitar solos and loud riffs in this interstellar space rock. Anna Mae and Funky Genius are particularly good. This is probably the best unnoticed album of 2007.
